ENGINEERING OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
METKA EGN, a utility scale world class solar EPC, is seeking to employ an Operations Administrator for the Engineering Department.
Ensure Organize and Archive Documents in digital records.
Fulfil Document Retrieval Requests.
Work with documents and records across various departments, including design, management and construction.
Review and update technical documents of equipment (e.g. manuals, datasheets).
Manage the flow of documentation within the organization.
Technical Seminars, Workshops, Meetings and other events Coordinator.
Update Databases, such as Suppliers and Employees Contacts List, Projects Reference List, etc.
Monitoring stationary levels and ordering office supplies.
Perform travel arrangements for the engineers.
Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, fax, etc.
Provide administrative and support services to office staffs.
BSc degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or similar field.
Excellent use of spoken and written English language skills.
Proficient in computer software programs such as word processors, spreadsheet programs, and database systems (MS Office);
Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate information clearly, to groups or individuals, verbally or in writing as needed. Demonstrates effective skills such as active listening, presentation skills, writing skills and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent planning and organizational skills. Develops effective and realistic work plans, estimates length and difficulty of projects accurately, sets clear objectives, goals, milestones and measure, ensures optimum use of time and resources at work, overcomes problems and adjusts the plans as and when needed and works in an organized manner to achieve the deadlines. Establishes courses of action for self and others to ensure that work is completed efficiently.
Attention to detail. Accomplishing tasks by considering all areas involved, no matter how small; showing concern for all aspects of the job; accurately checking processes and tasks; being watchful over a period of time.
Ability to meet deadlines effectively.
Work well under pressure. Dealing with constraints which are often outside of our control – these might be resource or time constraints, the difficulty of the task or having insufficient knowledge required to complete the task, or unforeseen changes or problems.
